*Please note that the registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. Therefore, we will not hold the spot for the registered dancer until we receive the payment.

Fees and payment

Fees involved for our recreational program are tuition, registration fee (one time only), uniform, dance shoes, recital costumes (not mandatory).

Payment will be processed at our studio upon registration. We accept cheque, cash, email transfer, credit/debit card (with 2.9% convenience fees).

Discount types for Recreational Program Classes: applies only to full season enrollment.

  • ” Additional class”

* This type only applies to children who enrolled in the recreational program. Additional class means a second class in a different discipline

– Children from 9 years or older who take additional class(es) will have a 10% discount

– Children from 8 years and younger may take additional class(es) with a 20% discount

  • “Family Discount”

* This type only applies to children who enrolled in the recreational program.

Family registered in a total of 3-4 classes receive a 10% discount on total tuition fees

Family registered in a total of 5-6 classes receive a 15% discount on total tuition fees

Family registered in a total of 7-8 classes or above receive a 20% discount on total tuition fees

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There are 3 payment installment options for a regular season. All tuition must be paid by the first week of each payment term for all Programs. A 10% penalty will be applied to outstanding fees. All NSF cheques will be assessed a $30.00 penalty. All accounts must be up to date in order that year-end recital tickets and costumes are made available. Receipt for the payment will be issued in December upon request.

Postdated cheques will be returned prior to December 1st ONLY and upon request: the office must be notified in writing by NOVEMBER 20.  Refund for payment made online will made less the 2.9% convenience fee and in the form of cheques . No refund will be made 6 weeks after a term starts. No Refund will be made for the unused portion of the term or costume if the withdrawal is voluntary. Once payment is processed, there will be no refund. The registration fee registration deposit for all programs and costume fee are non-refundable. There are no refunds or proration for missed classes/rehearsals.  Account credit can only be used for the same program within a paid period or the same program for the upcoming season if approved administratively.

Classes with less enrollments are subjected to amalgamation or cancellation, In this case, full refund will be provided.

For Camps

All Camp fees must be paid by the first day of each weekly camp session. In case of withdrawal, the office must be notified in writing 2 weeks prior to the the start of the session. Within two weeks, no refund will be made; however, credit lessen the deposit amount might be offered to be applied for the same program.There will be no refund or credit for missing days. Epiphany of Dance reserves the right to cancel a camp session if enrollments were too low. In this case, full refund will be provided.
